It's almost like a different house

Alright, so it doesn't look like a new house, or even a different one. The stairs are painted, the dead vines have been removed from the porch, as have the recycling bins and ash trays. Will all of the expense, $350, be recouped in the sale? I don't know, no one does. It does look an awful lot nicer from the curb, it does allow a buyer to walk into the home seeing 3 less projects, it does make a better first impression. Don't worry about whether or not the 500, 1000, 2000 dollars you spend prepping the house will be recouped, worry about what you can do to make sure the house does sell, and that it sells faster than your neighbors' house.
